Bojan has joined our research group in January, 2017, in a joint PhD Project between the Behavioural Informatics and the High Performance Distributed Computing group at the VU Amsterdam. In this project expertise on sensors and high-performance distributed computing (from the HPDC group) will be combined with our expertise on advanced modelling and interpretation to investigate how the human can be made an element in the Internet-of-Things. Bojan's work includes playing with smartphones, IoT and sensors. He is also responsable for supervising master and bachelor projects. So students, get in touch if you would like to work on related topics!
In his research, he wants to learn how smartphones and IoT devices can be used to interpret human behaviour, but also investigate intervention techniques especially forlifestyle and health. Furthermore, he appreciates interdisciplinary research, and would love to learn about human behaviour from different angles, like sociology or psychology.
